Ed Anguiano
Chef Ed came from humble beginnings and had his first introduction to flavors and aromas in his family kitchen through the warmth and sustenance of home cooked meals. Chef Ed has traveled all over Southern California cooking up delicious dishes for elementary school children to top Hollywood celebrities and now he has the honor of calling Coachella "home." Subtly combining respect for fresh produce with creative recipes, Chef Ed can create a cuisine that is authentic, delicious and light, based on our earth's treasures. Hospitality and great food have been the keys goal to the success of Chef Ed's Catering and we take care of everyone's special dietary needs and food allergies with the utmost of care. Chef Ed prides himself on his professionalism and is well beloved by both current and former clients alike.
